is there a log file for the changed ips ? i want to trace the ip changing, where can i find a log file at the pc,

We do not keep a log of IP changes. However, we have a feature 'Email notification' available for members that will send an email to you when there is an IP change. You may keep track of IP changes this way. You may sign up for membership at https://www.dynu.com/Membership

How about any dns record changes via API are these logged anywhere?

There is a feature 'IP Update History' in the control panel that tracks all IP updates.
