Topic: domain folders
Hi
Hope you can help..
I have a domain name that is pointing to hostwinds via nameservers - would it be possible to point them to my home server.
Also, is it possible to have a full address for example
http://Mydomain.com/about.html
opposed to a redirect to http://Mydomain.com
I ask as some of the code from my site passes variables in the url...
Thanks
Mark James

You can sign up for dynamic DNS service for your domain name at https://www.dynu.com/en-US/ControlPanel/AddDDNS and change the name servers for it to our name servers:
NS1.DYNU.COM
NS2.DYNU.COM
NS3.DYNU.COM
NS4.DYNU.COM
NS5.DYNU.COM
NS6.DYNU.COM
You can then run an IP update client to keep your domain name mapped to the IP address of your home server.
http://mydomain.com/about.html will go to the About folder of your web server.
