Can you help me, please ?I bought subscription for dns IP 187.95.127.175 and I can not ping this address through another PC on another network. It seems that the IP is not available or is not reconized on the Internet. This IP is from Copel in Curitiba Brazil. Thanks in advance!

Check your router to respond to ping. This is not a DNS issue.
